Clutch questions

So I am looking into a new clutch, i am between spec and cm, it seems the CM is more popular. I will prob. never up my motor any, I dream of an SC but its doubtfull. Any way
1. What is the stage 0, is it basically oem, or is it better,
2. I was mainly looking at the stage 1, its like 550 bucks though on there web site, I thought I saw that people where snaggin em under 400, and the stage 2-3 where like 500 some bucks. Just askin, cause 550 is waaayyyyy to much for a stage one for me, the stage 0 is only 160 though. Well lemme know,
oh and does the it come with an actuall kit, ie a throw out bearing and all that, well thanks later.
