i have razo that i got from simon... they are brighter than silverstars, silverstars burned out on me within 4 months, but that is just my experience with them, some people on here have had great experiences with silverstars...

I haven't used Hella, PIAA, or Razo... but I've been using Silverstars for years. Best bulb for your money. If you make sure not to touch the bulbs, you should get a good lifespan out of them - granted, not as long as normal lights, but the price isn't so bad that it's not worth it. If you really want to go all-out, go HID (which I'd love to do eventually). If the money is an issue, Silverstars. Everything else is a waste of money if you ask me.

Why? I'm curious on why you think they suck. I know they aren't the brightest, but I've had my silver stars on for about 2 years and no problems...

^^^ yeah my silverstars lasted a while... i think not including HID's, they are the best regarding lifespan/price. I had PIAA's they looked great but burnt out in 5 or 6 months... The ones I had costed $95

Ignore the stupid Silverstar haters who are too dumb to use a cloth when they put the bulb in, and touch the glass every time. ;)

silverstars for me looked stock, a cleaner beam, but stock looking nonetheless.. those bulbs didnt even last me a yr.

piaa's hyper whites look like hid's imo. *knock on wood* 11 months and counting

The bttom on is kind-of shakey lookin' cause i couldn't keep my hand still while i took the pictures.
Of course you can tell that the outside bulbs are halogen.
I will get some better ones later.
The best one is the top one.
