I've been doing some research on a short shifter for 99' solaras, however i can't find ANY! Readin the forums I see poeple having shortshifters in their solaras. What manufactueres is it? Also, I heard that one can midshift more often with a shortshifter than stock. Any websites? are they cheap?

Here we go again..Search since this forum has talked allot about it...
The only two companies that have them are TRD and TWM...TRD is discountinued and the height of the stick is like factory. TWM is made with percise cutting tools, still continued, and is 2 inch shorther on the top. It cost around 120 when I brought mine. Price I thikn went back up to 140 and up... WWW.TWMPERFORMANCE.COME is the site. TWM is popular and I have one too in my car. it different from TRD in that ist 2 inch shorter for looks but the throw is just like the TRD...20% shorter if I remember correctly. TWM is also the kind in percise shifting since its perfectly cut.

So next time search so the fellow moderators wont get you for it.. But yeah. Everyone would say TWM is nice. TRD is nice too but I liked TWM btter.
