if you want things done ryte... go get esitmates yourself... not trying to be an azz, but its the straight truth and you will also find out what kind of people you will be dealing with along with what materials they will be using... and im sure youll get a chance to check out each shops' work... you obviously want quality

its better to check in person.... not many of us live in NY so good luck! keep in mind, if you get a fiberglass kit and lower it, NY streets might kill that precious kit you worked so hard to pay

Tracer kit:

1) Not built to same standards, will have much more trouble fitting it on than the real TRD/Molly designs kit. Might need molding or custom fitting. Might fall off even if mounted optimally.

2) made of fiberglass, not polyurathane. Cracks easily. Durability is important for the part of your car that is most likely to hit the ground.

3) Doesnt come painted. By the time you get it painted and fitted, youll be paying almost as much as a true TRD kit.

4) Only has 6 pieces. TRD kit has 7 pieces. (Rear center valance is not on the tracer kit.)

Get the true TRD kit.

Anybody on here that has one on a daily drive solara in areas with even just semi-harsh roads will tell you theirs would be done for by now if it weren't polyurethane.

FYI for the guy who was thinking about buying these.

The picture in their auctions are of the REAL TRD KIT, not theirs.

At least from what I can tell.

Especially since the third picture shows the rear center valence.

I just felt the need to share that since I see a bidding war topping over 200 for that crap when you could buy milts old kit for hardly any more and recondition it, it would be entirely worth it.

This is all.
