quetion about aftermarket exhaust?

i bought a aftermarket exhaust and they cut the old exhuast and welded it on but i was wondering will this create any back pressure or cause any strain or problems to the engine if so should i go bak to the orginal exhaust.

you didnt alter the piping size, so same amt of back pressure and all.
