someone had said on here before that the toyota sienna (with the 3.0 1mz) has dual intake inlets on the manifold, where as the solara only has one? is this true?

if the sienna had vvti then yes. The avalon has the dual inlets for sure.

This would be on 2000 - 2004 Avalon and 2002 - 2003 Sienna. (Possibly 2001 Sienna. I can't remember when they changed. )

Good luck with that... sounds interesting.

From what I remember, most modded FD's end up ditching the twin turbo setup because the smaller turbo would restrict the potential of the larger turbo under high boost applications. My memory is a little hazy (that was a long time ago, so forgive me if I'm incorrect).

but hey, that's one of the most original ideas for a Solara, it would be awesome to see.
