Another Rim Question

Another Rim Question

Postby gnaw_divad » Wed Dec 07, 2005 12:08 am

I have a quick fitament question.

I did the search, and found many fitament issues, but non were exactly what i needed.

I was looking at another set of rims for my ride.

19" X 7.5" with +40mm offset.

I'm trying to get the thickest tires possible without it having any fitament problems (scraping, etc.). Just wondering for those of you owners who are pushing 19's what size tires do you have and do you have any problems.

Also, I thinking the +40mm offset shouldnt be a problem, however, any suggestions would be welcome !! Would i need spacers ?

Those wheels will fit fine. with 7.5" width you can go with 225/35 or 235/35. I personally would go with 235/35 to give you a little more rubber.

just an fyi... from what i remember 235/35/19's are cheaper than 225/35/19's... this is with most brands... its rare that ppl request for 225's so they are more expensive

those will fit fine, i noticed though on the ebay listing that the rims shown and the rims shown on the car are two different rims, just so you know. Atleast thats what it looks like to me.
