I assume this is something that can be done at home.

I am not sewer/upholster.

So I would have it down professionally. Is there any trick or is something I really need to bring to a expensive shop or can the local guy who does custom interiors stitch it up for me?

I will do all the wiring myself.

I will ask for refrences of photos of the shops head rest work.

How much am I looking to pay? I am going to drop of my head rests and let them do the work?

Should I do it myself?

Thanks.

i would probably try it myself just cause thats how i do. but i would definatly look into how much i can get some from a junkyard for, before i started.. just in case the project takes a turn for the worst. if they are pretty expensive then id probably just pay someone to do it for me, if you have any doubts though just have a pro do it, im just a diy kinda guy i cant help it..

They have matching leather headrests that you can buy with the lcd screen already installed in it. If you want to go that route.

However I am not sure as to the quality of them or if they match all that well with the rest of the interior.

XTC I will have to give a call to. I know they do good work I was at their shop once I sold them some ICELED.

You were the connection Grazi.

Well anyways, I will have to find some screens I like.

Move this or w/e I find that posts get more attention in here than AV section.

But w/e it's cool.

yup, I remember that. They can help you get the stuff you need too, they're connected to many major distributors, including but not limited to, Crutchfield.
