im planning to replace my revo rim, is it wise to replace the tire also
or should i swap the old tire onto the new one???

usually if you've hit something hard enough to damage a rim, you've done damage to the sidewall of the tire as well. personally, i'd replace the tire, esp since HP tires tend to be somewhat cheap.
