I'm starting one soon I have done alot of reading at hidplant.com, i'm still nervous about baking the headlights :lol:

Don't know if it's the same for us, but that's something (and a lot of time) that I wouldn't really want to do. I'd rather just buy the TSX for it's projectors.

i'm handing the project over to my brother. it takes me 40 min to get from my place to his so i can't even take pics of the progress...therefore no DIY, sorry..
what he finished so far:
opened up the stock headlights (pain in the a.. i had to help him on this one) and u do not need to bake the headlights in the oven, a blow dryer works fine
jb welded the wing nuts and tee nuts (since it takes 15 hrs to dry)
drilled the holes for the projectors
started wiring up the custom harness.

the hid kit is from hidplanet.com i bought the bosch xenon d2s kit..
Bosch Projectors
Hella/Philips LVQ-212 G3 Ballasts
D2S HID Bulbs
Ballast Covers/mounts
Ballast connectors

once this project is finished...i will move onto a bixenon kit. then i'll probably sell a couple of them...

Anyone want to do that for me.
He said about $700 for the parts or what not.
I will probably end up gettin' another set of headlights so someone can fab me me the projectors to the new set.

Don't bake.
Use a hairdryer or heatgun

if ur really interested, like i said on the above post...i'll be doing another retrofit after this. then i'll start selling some of them. did u just want the regular xenon headlights or a bixenon?
