Dont do it Peter. I've had mine, and they look purpleish yellow to the human eye. I have given up on yellow bulbs. I'm currently looking for yellow tint films or something. Those Lexus fogs are normal 9006 bulbs anyway, the yellow stuff is in the lamp or lense itself.

Take note, "Ion Yellow".

ps. why would that bulb melt your harness? It's not even as powerful as Silverstars that we have.

No, I never had anything other than Silverstars for my headlights.

Uh no, I wouldn't want to mess it up by painting something on it. Maybe when I'm really desperate. I'll let you know what I can find.

is it illegal to do that for the corners? i was thinking instead if clear corners i get yellow corners to match. btw, where do i get the yellow tint from? and did you put it on the inside or outside?
