wow, this is interesting .. i'd definitely need to do more research on it. Maybe the experts here can tell us whether this is a good deal or not. :)

we gotta pick a comp. ratio right? which would be best for our S/C applications?

I've spoken with those guys a number of times. I didn't by any parts from them directly but a lot of parts going in my new motor are like parts they sell.

For comp ratio some say 9.1 is best, but keep in mind it depends on how much boost you run and what internals you have. Then there's fuel delivery, etc. etc. etc..

Please believe me when I say if you're going to build your motor, do it right the first time. If you can not afford to do forged internals, rods and pistons then don't even go down that road.

Remember the old saying, "it cost more to do it TWICE, then to do it right the first time"..

That is the ugly and expensive truth!!

ah... gotcha. Sometimes.. I think abouty selling the camry and gettin the new Si.. or the IS300, or if I can take payments for a while.. an 01 M3... Be damned... our motors just dont have as much aftermarket support as those cars. :(

Yeah, it's too bad there's not more support. These cars were never designed for performance, and aftermarket companies probably figured it wouldn't be worth it for them to develop products that only a relatively few people would be interested in. This seems like a good find, though.
