And I did searches
but why dont any companies make aftermarket headers for my v6 solara? I just want some 4-2-1 or 4 into 1 ceramic headers. Ill even go for stainless if I can find them! =[ my searches are turning up empty handed.

Solara = old person's car = non-tuner car

Which in turn makes companies not want to make stuff for our cars just because they know they don't have a market.

I have a theory on that. You get what you pay for.
If you really want headers, I suppose you can take your car to any high performance exhaust shop and they should be able to fabricate a set for you. I know a guy who gave me an estimate of $800 for headers. I turned it down. I didn't have the money at the time. Now, I plan on getting the JPP

jpp can be mate with a/t 1mz's; just during emmissions, go to 'friendly' places

lol @ 'friendly' places....

If you are still using the catalytic converter, headers shouldn't really mess up the emissions. I know... higher flow= more pollutants... blah blah.

But yeah, a "friendly" emissions inspector is defnitely the way to go. Just in case ;)

IF you're doing E/H/I to do an NA powered car, you'll get some power yes, but for not much more you could get some nitrous to really compliment those mods.

Just my $.02.

Ive always been a little opposed to being on the bottle, i know alot of people use spray but I try to avoid it if I can. Even though there are dozens of kits are are proven safe to run it just doesnt FEEL safe to me. Know what I mean?
