Tien springs = ~$160 shipped

Tien Coilovers = ~$1000+ shipped

Coilovers are superior (obviously) to strut/springs, which is the setup our car has stock.

If you lower on JUST springs, your rides gunna be bouncy and you may blow out your stock struts over time, at which point you need to tear apart your suspension again, and replace your stock struts with aftermarket struts.

The other options, of course, is to do it right the first time and replace the springs and struts at once.

Tociko struts = ~ $360 shipped

Don't forget in any case, you have to remove all rear interior panals, backseats, speaker deck and rear interior lid to get to the bolts on the struts......also remember to disconnect the abs sensor/speed sensors in the rear before dropping the struts down.

It's a bytch but you'll be happy with whatever setup you decide to go with.
