Need help with difference in SLE v6 and SE v6 Options

I am looking to swap my auto computer out of my car, and finally switch to a manual computer, but don't want to lose my auto A/C option or others.

Anyone know if they made manuals in 99 with auto AC?

What options will I lose if I switch the computer?

I dont know about anything else you said, but thats a No. Auto climate control was only on SLEV6 and SLEV6 did not have 5spd available.

I think Traction control was on SLE only, I cant think of anything else that was exclusive to the SLE electronic-wise.

well I have been running my car w/ the factory ECU (i tore the auto out, and am running a manual) and I was thinking of finally swapping the computer out, but not if I am going to lose options..
