Would 19 X 8.5 50mm offset fit a gen 1.5? I dont mind rolling or shaving the rear or whatever. Im just trying to see if it would even work with modification. Thanks

They will fit with a 10mm or 15mm spacer, rolled fenders, and slight negative camber.

Other than that, no, they will hit the strut.

You can Run 19x8.5 with a +35 offset in the front and +30 offset in the rear with shaved or rolled rear fenders.

If you run 19x8.5 all around you will need a 5mm or even a 3mm spacer in the rear to puch the wheels out so they wont hit the strut.

On my Solara I ran on my SSR's 19x8.5 with +37 offset with a 3mm spacer in the rear pushing it to +34 offset and I had no rubbing issues. I did have to shave my rear fenders all the way so they can fit.

But if you want a perfect fit without spacers you need to run a +35 front and +30 rear.

Also running 235/35 tires, If you run a flat side wall tire you will have more rubbing issues like i did with the dunlop sportmax.. or you can run curved sidewall tires which help with rubbing issues like I did with my Toyo T1-R's...

With the wheels you are looking into just make sure you get spacers to push it out to the right offsets.

In your case I would do a 15mm front and 20 mm in the rear..
If you have more questions just let me know.

Im sorry if I didnt clarify, what I stated is if you are lowered.

Kenny doesnt rub because yes he is lowered but not extremely low... 30 offset in the bac sound like little too much if you are really low.

With 15mm spacers I have +25 in the rear, and the front Im running +35 with 5mm spacers, really low.... BTW your Gen 1-1.5 run the same specs as my camry.

My Front isn't extremely low but my rear was tucked due to my system.
But I would get the wheels then find out how much you need to push them out and go with whatever spacers are needed.

IMO. The best thing to do is buy wheels with the right offset in the first place.. esp is you run wide wheels..

Staggered offsets work the best on FWD cars and keeping the same width all around...
