anyone have their tein springs creaking?

both my front and rear springs (teins) are creaking, now that its wintertime. it seems to have gotten worse after i put on the rsb. the back ones especially creak when i accelerate or decelerate (causing the car the squat or dive slightly). is there any easy way to fix this without disassembling everything? i know greasing the bushings on the sway bar will help, but it really sounds like the creaking is from the springs (like an old mattress)
