35 offset, bad for hub bearings?
I was going to run my new wheels (18x8) at 35 offset and roll my fenders. However, when I talked to the guy at NAPA, he said 35 offset will work, but it will put more strain on the hub bearings due to the wheels being further out. As a result, they will wear out faster and need to be replaced. Is this true, and has anyone with 35mm offset had trouble? Id rather stick with 42mm and keep my car safe.
