Honestly, if appearance is all you want, I agree. Stick with the OE muffler and a tip. Treat it to a fresh coat of high temp black because I'm sure the OE paint has flaked off by now. (ArvinSango Inc makes the OE muffler and their paint process is inferior.)
If you MUST change the muffler, go with the largest body you can fit in there. You will need a offset inlet / center outlet muffler. (Dynomax Superturbos are reverseable as so are MagnaFlows.)
SuperTurbo 17730 has 2" inlet and outlet tubes. The Muffler can size these up slightly to be a closer match to your OE pipe size.
Otherwise the SuperTurbo 17731 has 2.25" inlet and outlet. New inlet elbow and out spout would need to be made anyway. 2.25" will be slightly louder than the 2". Again, it depends on what you want. The OE system has restrictions after the inlet pipes down to 48.6mm (1.91").
