Don't tighten the bar down until the links are into the sway bar and the struts....

Send a pic.......

Take a pic, I want to see.

take a pic with your cell phone and post it up right now, so it can help to visualize your problem.

How did the bolts for the two brackets that hold the bar down come out? I've always wanted to get a Whiteline but have been nervous of breaking these bolts because they're such small diameter and they bolt directly into the chassis. Of course mine are rusted from salty winters, but did yours come out smoothly? And where are you located?

haha yeah.

well their are 2 12mils that hold the bar on both sides get them off and then their is a link that goes too the strut and the bar also 2 14mils and then pull the jerk right out...

the 2 12mils sucked hardcore though one is right on the body so u cant use any sockets and there isnt much room to put a wrench in either.

im in Tejas.

- yeah i got the sway bar originally for my 01 camry, but never installed it so i put it on the solara since it is the same.

after driving around i ahve to say GREASE IT UP good i have a few sounds from it cause i didnt grease it enough

Get a set of ratcheting box wrenches! :D

Also - an occasional check or tightening on both the brackets and the linkage will be in order - not to mention a squirt of lithium grease in those bushings now and then! ;)

RSB - should be the first mod you ever do. Period.

Mexico? Hope you get back with your car intact! :o
