Quick question about CAI extension

Hey so for everyone who has the CAI extension, is there still a way of getting one? Also is the extension precisely engineered for the solara or can a shop who builds custom CAI do the same thing and produce the same results? I just dont want to have a custom CAI and lose hp or something.
