How safe is this ?

got jim's fuel mod all ready to go.. only bad news is that the filter on the fuel pump came off when I put it in the box... the pump has a tiny plastic shaft for the filter to sit...

However, you can zip tie that or whatever it takes... not a huge issue. the filter stays on there pretty well as it is... if you want a refund for the pump, I am willing to do that as well..

If you're talking about the fuel pump pick-up screen, then yes a zip tie would be fine.
