Have any of you tried Redi Cut Mirrors?

Saw these on Ebay and sound like a perfect fit while saving some money to my recent problem. (passenger side mirror glass was ripped out). Has anyone used them or seen them in use?

They're cheaper then a brand new mirror.

I would go for it. I believe the only other choice would be to purchase a mirror assembly. You would still have to have it painted and then installed. In getting the replacement mirror all you have to do is install it using the glue strips that come with it . If it doesn't work you are out only few $'s and its supposed to be a perfect match.
