I ordered a S-afc II from this website and I didn't realize there web-site said that they don't have a warrenty. So i called and wanted to cancle the order.. and the owner wouldn't let me... so he told me that the web page is old, and that they offer a 1 year manufacture warranty... and he said that he would write an e-mail saying that this is true, that i have a warranty and sign it because he is the owner. And he said that if he doesn't give me the warranty then I could have illegal action against him... so im wondering if anyone has delt with this web site at all... im just kinda worried now.. so.. oh yeah.. when I called he told me that he shipped it already 2 hours after I ordered it... someone please give me some insight
thanks
Scott

the web page is www.edoperformance.com

Yup, I know him becoz I bought the S-AFC II from him,
but that's abt it. He seems to be a nice guy tho,
I met him to pick up my S-AFC so I save on shipping.

He is in Austin, TX abt. 3 hours away from Dallas.
Let me know if you have a problem, I'll try to meet him when I go there.
I go to Austin sometimes to chill out. 8)

I am not sure abt. the warranty because it's jdm not usdm.

So make sure you got a written receipt about that.
E-mail does not do any good imo.

Would there not be a warranty card with the S-AFC that you could fill out and return to the manufacturer? That tends to be the rule with any piece of electronics.

Chances are the warranty will be useless anyways. I'd keep the order. If something goes wrong, just call up apexi, but most manufactuers won't honor the warranty on parts bought from non authorized dealers
