Turbo for the 1MZ-Fe

I was just wondering if they make a turbo kit for the Solara V6, or if anyone has successfully put a turbocharger in theirs. There is a kit for a turbocharger for the 4cyl, and I know there is the Supercharger for the V6, but I would much prefer to have a turbo in it so I can have a BoV and an External Wastegate. If anyone has any experience, or knows any turbos that would fit in our car. Please leave a comment.

Its been done by a half dozen guys or so. Be prepared to spend some serious coin to have a kit made though. There are no direct bolt on kits available, you will have to go all custom.

 your reasons for wanting a turbo are odd ....do you know how the system works? This topic has been covered quite a few times

^^ agreed with 1gSE why do you want a turbo and not a supercharger? a supercharger will give more power through the entire range not just top end.

1. Acquire Centricharger
2. Install unnecessary Bov
3. ?????
5. PROFIT!!
