dude go with 205/50/17 or 205/45/17 you should be able to fit them with less width and height. I think the 225 is too big. +45 is the highest offset we can go without a spacer on the rear.

Right now I have a stock suspension but I plan on lowering in the future. I'm thinking of going with the 205/45R17. What do you guys think?

20545 on stock suspension will look horrific! you will have a truck style gap, run something with a little more tire till you lower it then get smaller tires. i ran 225/50 17 on my 17x7.5 with a 5mm spacers in the back and it was ok when i was on springs.

Go with a 45 series tire like everyone has said.
55 series is way too thick.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.
