I had a error code p1135 bank 1 sensor 1 so I bought this sensor Denso 234-9021 and changed it 2 days ago. Now I got the same error code but p1135 bank 1 sensor 2. Can I use the same sensor (234-9021) for this code?

2002 Solara SLE V6
85,000 miles

Please answer soon sad to say i've had this problem for a few months now.

Um... P0135 and P1135 are for O2 Sensors. Sensor 2 is post-cat and Sensor 1 is pre-cat if I remember correctly. I don't know if they are interchangeable as their sensor wires are different lengths. Denso OE replacement for B1S1 is 234-9021 and for B1S2 is 234-4137 i believe. I know this information as I JUST received my O2 Sensor for B1S1 and have all the research documents still bookmarked, and parts in hand =) Hope this helps!

kinda confused, I also need to replace O2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1(P0135)....I have now read 3 different posts recommending 2 different denso parts....so which one do I actually need!?! I have a 2000 Solara SLE and Don't live in Cali. So far I've seen, Denso part 234-9021, denso part 234-4662, and then the Bosch one. My problem is, when I type in my make and model on Denso's actual website, part number 234-9021 doesn't even come up. Here is the list on parts it gives me...
http://www.densoaftermarket.com/catalog ... ?part=o2sn
Also, what does it mean next to some oxygen sensors when it says "two required". I've noticed it usually only says this with upstream(pre-cat) and not the downstream sensors.

Don't buy Bosch. If you buy Bosch you might as well drive off a cliff. Y trust a company that makes everything under the sun? Drills, car parts, garden supplies, snack food, TVs, salt shakers, and probably puppies. Their parts are cheap, trust me
