Intake, EGT, Temp limits? What is safe, ideal?

Just wondering if anyone has information regarding what sort of exhaust gas temperatures and intake temperatures our cars can handle when boosted, with a good tune.

I'll be running a TRD supercharger and also a GT45R turbo while spraying water/meth before the supercharger. The turbo charge will be watercooled. Engine block is built with forged pistons and rods, however the heads are stock.

Does anyone know what sort of intake and exhaust temps are ideal, and what are the limits for continuous runs and limited high rpm runs? Looking to make my set up safe and reliable and heat is my number one concern.

Thanks in advance.
