hmmm.... Well my Rims are a different spec and I got spacers at the rears.

18x8 offset 40
18x7 offset 45
17x8 offset 40 <<< Currently rocking these
17x7 offset 40-45 (TRD ones came in a special offset 42, I'm not sure what offset my other rims are).
16x7

Here's the difference between the 17"x7" Revo +45 and the 17"x8" +40 w/20mm H&R TRAK Spacers at the rear. You can actually see the slight concave difference between the two.

Fitment Chart/Specs
http://www.hrsprings.com/application/se ... 7/809/1999

Order from here. Got great customer service from them.
http://www.2kracing.com/Universal_Subca ... acers.html
Bolt Pattern: 5/114.3, Center Bore:60.1mm

It's your personal preference on what size spacers you want to get.
Also, my rears are rolled and rub probably due to my tire size but you'll be fine. My fronts didn't need spacers due to it being 17"x8" instead of 17"x7"

Did the kit come with everything you needed to install them? and I'm thinking 25mm in the rear & 15mm in the front

H&R and Ichiba is one of the best company to get Spacers from and comes with everything. You are required to change out your studs and replace it with extended ones which are provided.
How to measure the size spacer you will need for the right fitment.

Here's a link of how 15mm at the rears look with 17x7 40 offset on his rims. Making the offset at the rears 25.

Alright, I think I'm going with 25mm rear & 15mm front.. ONE last question... Anyone know the specs of the TSW Revo "lug nut key"? I over-torqued mine & it snapped.. Or does anyone know where I can get one?

The big hex key for the race car style plastic lug? You're not gonna find them anywhere new. You'll have to hope that either someone has a spare. Or just use an adjustable wrench

Search TSW Center, That's how I got all my spare parts for my rims. Red Pins, Spare Anodized Center Screw, Covers, and Silver Screw.
