Those don't look like great TRD deal prices, especially for rear strut bar that has to be a typo.

Not terrible, but Conicelli, at www.partznet.com is still easily the best place out there. I've been ordering Mitsubishi parts through them for the better part of 5 years now, with never a dissapoint.
