Ummm... actually four of us were trusting enough to put down deposits on Eyal's "Group Buy". This was back in Dec. 2003. When my patience ran out I asked for my deposit back in March of 2004 Eyal stated there would be no refunds, to just be patient, just a few more days...
Haven't heard a word since. Draw your own conclusions.

Then call FOX 11 News LA to weed these bastards out. THey usually do a good job with getting refunds... have someone that was screwed by XERD locally to do it with a list of other Solaraguys that got boned from this.

From what ive been reading alot of IS300 guys got screwed over too. I'm sure they would want in on it.

Someone take charge and file a formal complaint to the county they are in (I think it's Santa Barbara) with everyone's names and address' stating their product completion promise dates and how often they missed them.

They may lose their business license

Someone get me a list of the people that have deposits in and also a list of the dates that the headers should have been delivered.

I'll do what I can to help as well but being in the east limits what I can do. As for who dropped deposits I believe besides Akfahad and myself there was Xtychx and all_red?
Eyal never gave precise dates as to when the headers would be delivered, just "soon", "a few more days", as soon as they clear customs" etc. The Xerd sticky tells the story. I've also saved my email correspondence with Eyal as well if that helps.
As far as calling to harrass them thats like water off a duck's back. Eyal has pulled this stunt before where he took a bunch of deposits with a previous co. then filed bankrupt.I found this out too late.
