was able to get some pix up. The capsules are with Luminics/Nokya 2500k yellow (I used both, same result)

^^^you can...ebay's your best bet....

**word of caution tho...I'm gonna have to re-do mine since I didn't leave any kind of a gap to let the heat dissipate from the bulb. even with the jb weld, the capsules just fell off.

I just got LS400 yellow capsules, i'll have to see if they work like the IS300 capsules.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.

Next time use High temp silicon from Permatex. I used it in my 99 maxima fogs with the same lexus capsules, and they've been good for over two years now. The Silicone itself is red when it comes out of the tube, but don't worry becuase you dont see it when the lights are on.

Would it not just be easier to get the yellow HID conversion kit? it would be a brighter light as well.

It's not the same type of yellow. It's bright, but the color isn't the same.
