My gosh man! The benefit is that you no longer have to hold the button in order to get the window to roll up all the way. I think, anyway. I'm confessing to being a bit unclear as to what it means to give to the driver's side window the ability to "be pulled further back/up."

I'm sure it's a good thing nevertheless.

The life? Worry?

Hell I'd love an auto up window. Let me know if it works.

It;s a neat little trick in my mind, and a new leaf turned over for those of us who use drive thrus a lot. :D

you think this would work for the passenger side on a gen 2??? and would you have to change the passenger side window controls as well?

Couldn't you get the controls from the Lexus and modify the parts you need to the board?

I have auto up and down on both the passenger and the driver with my aftermarket alarm.

I also have the option to crack the windows little by little or drop it all the way down. I also have the option to roll it all the way up as well. All this is done with the car off.

It's really a great feature and auto up and down on the passenger is very convienent.

^^Is that hooked up to the window switches on the door or just the remote? If you can with the switches, I would assume that DIY can work if you have the right parts.
