I plan on doing this mod as well, I'll let you guys know how it goes. I'm going to buy the one on ebay so I have one to mess up. lol

I bought the cluster off eBay and I'm planning on working on this project this weekend but and it's out of a 4 banger. Is that going to pose any issue at all or what? Shouldn't they be the same?

Get a digital cam yet Josh?

You "shouldn't" have any issues with the 4banger cluster. But I won't say you won't. I don't know, but I don't see why it won't work either.
And no dig cam yet, and I haven't completed the CCFL project. LED's are just a pain in the ass to mount inside of the cluster if they're not directly into the bulb housing plugs.
