Also, didn't notice any wires burned or the bulb plug burnt...

^ my buddy with his solara did a conversion from 9006 to 9005, the bulbs burst (moisture? no clue) 3 times. and 2 other times the wiring got messed up. this guy is an electrician... so i doubt he has faulty wiring.
