Ok Guyz, i am on my way to finish my grill, this is what i have so far.
First, what i did was cut the outer grill out like this:

Second, I fitted the mesh around the grill that was cut off, to form the grill.

Third, I fitted the mesh part to the chrome part of the grill.

I still have to secure the mesh part to the chrome part of grill with a screw and make some other final adjustments. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

I would spray paint the mesh silver (or whatever color you like). It really enhanced the look of my mesh grill, and it prevents the metal from tarnishing. My mesh was starting to get really tarnished before I spray painted it.

:( Hey, I ordered and received my mesh material last Friday. I'm not real happy with the way it looks. In all honesty, it looks very cheap.

you would need a thin blade to saw it precisely, you probably can take it to a hardware shop, they can cut it out for you probably for a small fee.

8) Well what I finally did was cut the wire mesh to fit the lower front grill opening. I installed it from behind the lower air intake area. I spray painted it (4 coats) and installed. It looks great down below and gets a lot of "looks great" from all.
