The Solara...Democrat or Republican?

The Solara...Democrat or Republican?

With the presidential race under way, how would you guys classify our car politically? Yea, it's stupid, but I'm bored at work and it's only 10:30 AM! Here's a short list of how I feel about certain vehicles:

Grand Marqui, Solara, Lincoln Towncar, Lincoln Navigator, Camry, Lexus SC430, Ford Taurus, M & Q45, Acura TL, Mercedes S500, ML500, ML320- REPUBLICAN! (The ML500 defines Republican)

Matrix, Focus, any Scion, that stupid Suzuki Areo-INDEPENDENT

Civic, Accord, IS300, Expedition, G35, G35 Coupe, Cadillac CTS, Mercedes 240, 320-DEMOCRAT

Yes, I definately feel our car has definate republican taste to it... Considering most '04 owners I see on the road are 65 years+, I bet they're about ready to put on BUSH/CHENEY bumper stickers. Me, being a democrat with a touch of liberalism, am utterly appalled by all this...how do you guys feel?

If my car is REPUBLICAN, I'm selling it today! It feels so INDEPENDENT to me . . .

I would have to think it depends on the model. The SE's are democrats and the SLE's are republican.

I know this is stereotypical..but this is just for fun..so might as well... I see northern states as democratic..and southern as republican....since i see more imports in the south..i'd say solara could be classified as a republican!

I'd have to agree with that stereotypical, but politically correct statement. I live in a very democratic society in Philly, yet me and my family are republican. My Solara SE Sport and I are definitely republican (REP4LYF)! :D My dad actually has a BUSH-CHAYENEY bumper sticker. I asked my mom if he was putting that on his car? She said no and I was relieved since he has a nice republican grand Marquis. I'd hate to have a bumper sticker cheapen the car, I don't care what it says!

With the left drift it must be Democrat.

But then that can be fixed. It is now easy to keep it down the middle of the road. So now it is either a conservative democrat or a liberal republican.
