It turned out to be the front right wheel bearing as suspected. Unfortunately, they found a faulty horn sensor while doing a state inspection also. I don't think I ever used the horn, so I don't know if it left the factory defected or it happened after. Both items were covered under my extended warranty (the repair would have cost me over $600 if I didn't have the extended warranty), but this is now the third flaw, so I'm beginning to lose faith in the "toyota quality" slogan. I bought this car with the intention of running it over 200k miles, but i'm starting to wonder if I should trade it in for an Accord or a Mustang. I don't beat on the car and 95% of the miles have been highway (steady 65-75 mph). I've owned two Mustangs and a Prelude in the past and did not encounter this many problems with any of them. Hopefully you'll have better luck.
