How do I remove arm rest on door panel?

I have tried searching but I can't find the info anywhere. I swear I saw some sort of tutorial that showed me but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

the arm rest on the door panels ? i thought that isn't removable .
