its my high mileage and paint on the car that makes them give me a low quote. i know i can get around 5k for my gen2 but i gotta keep going to different places.

My car "specs out" similar to yours... and I wouldn't DREAM of selling it for just $5k! It's still "nearly perfect" and runs GREAT!

Hope you get a better price for it. I know SELLING prices are higher than that!

G/L!

well im thinking about craigslisting it, but i wont have a car in the meantime if it sells. im still searching for a better deal on the new car im trying to purchase.

i know the solara can run much longer, i just dont feel like spending any more money into it. might sound wrong since this is a solara forum but im just tired of it.

Around $8k for good status, for excellent it's at $10k. that's what Kelly blue book said. U should check it out on their website.

Guys... lol kbb.com it. Honestly, on craigslist, you might be able to get 8k.

Realistically, I'd expect maybe 6ish.

I tried to sell my car not too long ago, maybe 6 months ago.
No such luck, I don't think a lot of people have the money to buy cars.
Not sure if it was just because I was only advertising on Craigslist or something..
If you try autotrader it might work.

Just justify why your asking price with maint receipts and what not. that'll probably go a long ways.
