A couple of issues
Hey solaraguys,
I bought a 2000 V6 Solara SLE (Cali Spec) in February and it drives good since then.
About a month ago I got a check engine light again (P1130 + P0171) which tell me the Air Fuel Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 needs to be replaced and this probably caused the system to be lean (P0171).
My question is, which sensor is best to get and would this deal be ok: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120541054263&crlp=1_263602_263622&ff4=263602_263622&viewitem=&guid=33e6e3e11290a0aad3e5baa5ff0317b3&rvr_id=&ua=%3F*S%3F&itemid=120541054263
Furthermore, the car is at 103k now and my transmission fluid looks burnt like chocolate sauce. I really want to do something about it. But what would be the best to do?
I dont want to ruin my transmission by flushing and then setting free dirt parts which get stuck somewhere in the transmission and cause future problems.
Since Im just a College Student, I did only one DIY so far: Changing Spark Plugs and Wires. Was fun and easy, especially because Autozone borrowed me this super flexible ratchet.
Is changing the transmission fluid difficult?
Thanks a lot!
