Seat belts for 5th Passenger - Solara Convertible

My 2006 Convertible Solara has only four belts as opposed to five on the coupes.

My question is it possible to have my car retrofitted with a fifth belt?

If so, does anyone know anyone in the SoCal area that performs this type of work?
