Possible Gasket Leak Please help

Hi everybody. Im having a big doubt here. Last Year I had my Gasket replaced by toyota due to a leak. I opened my car today to check the oil and I find some oil exactly where they did the job. Please See the picture I have here and let me know what I should do.

That looks like it may have just been some spillage from filling it up with oil. Remove the plastic and see if there are any runs from the oil cap to the oil seen in the pic. However it would be rediculous if they couldn't get a gasket install right.
