Timing Belt Replacement?

Hey guys. I just bought an '05 Solara SE convertible, 6cyl. The car is just shy of 100k miles. The service records I have do not indicate that the car has had the timing belt replaced, which is recommended at 90k miles. What are your thoughts on getting this done? Have any of you had it done and if so, what was the cost? Thanks.

$750?!!! Owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww-ch!

It is also suggested to replace the water pump since you have the belt off and good access to it. If the original pump happens to go AFTER you replaced the timing belt then you're back paying the equivalent of another belt change. Got mine done for a little less than $200 with a regular ol' neighborhood mechanic .......and that included the additional preventive maintenance of replacing the water pump.
