where do ppl usually go to get there window tint? that has good quality and good tint outcome... and also it has to be under $250.

well, first off, there are many types of tint. perhaps you can filter out which one you want, then some others may chime in on their place to go or type of tint they have.

i have 5%(darkest) done on the rears at the toyota dealership down in San Diego and was roughly $180... my sis got it done for me

I got 35% all around for about $100 thats with a discount, Think he charges $150 to $170 because its in the winter. If you got the SE Sport with the black interior it looks really dark from the outside. If your in the boston area i can give you the name of the place it got mine done.
