Mods list for this weekend's Hot Import Night Drag Event

Fairly Small mods list compared to some of my past camry/solaras but oh well..... This is the exact way i am going to run the car this weekend figured i would share. I MIGHT get the obx headers before event but not sure yet. The car really needs a 3" catback for this setup as well but low funds are keeping me from going crazy with more mods. Currently making approx 285whp (should be around 295 with headers)


2000 Soolara v5 speed 110,000 miles on chassis
25k on Stock JDM 1mz-fe engine
TRD superchager at 7psi URd Supergrip pulley
Snow performance meth kit
GM knock sensors relocated
Helix TB spacer (meth tapped into spacer)
Field SFC hyper fuel controller
walbro 255 pump with crushed stock regulator at 59psi
Supra n/a injectors
TRD4life upgraded fuel line kit w/ earls -6 filter
Dats y pipe
Tanabe Exhaust 2.5"
test pipe ( no cat)
EGR block off plates
Coolant bypass mod
boost bypass mod
TRD4life 3.5" intake with Supra TT MAF
NGK BKR7E-11 plugs gapped at 0.030
GregTRD Custom rear motor mount
ASG14 torque rod for trans
ASG14 torque rod to replace OEM dogbone mount

But also....have you added an ignition booster to this car yet gabe? I think that it'd be a very good investment for sure at this stage of the game...

also, I would put money on the fact that the headers and the equal length y-pipe that the obx system offers will give you a gain of at LEAST 10whp....and of course, as you said, 3" exhaust would be a great help.

looking forward to the numbers! I need some r-compounds as well!

Tanabe exhaust was made for the 97/01 camry and 99-02 (maybe 03) solara. Was made in limited quantities. Its a very nice exhaust just not 3" like i need lol. It will be in the for sale section next week.
