Anyone have the instruction for the 1mzfe supercharger?

Hey,

I tried to search but nothing came up. I had this manual once when I s/c my avalon but I've since sold that and now my memory is foggy. I need to change the valve cover gasket for my 97 es300 on both front and rear banks. If you have a pdf copy of the install manual that would be great. I need to take the intake pluem off to access that rear cover. Thanks in advance!
