yupp. 2mz is only sold in japan in the windom i believe. currently have one in my avalon, and going from a 1mz to a 2mz is kinda weird. at higher rpm's my 2mz just SCREAMS and hauls ass, however, if i'm under 3k theres absolutely no torque. the intake cams are what make the difference i believe considering that's the only difference. i believe there's a certain year for the 3mz cams but aside from that they work. the lifter i dont recall, but i think they're just stronger.

OH SH!!!!T Question though, wouldn't 1 S/C + 2 Turbos make this a triple charged Solara? Pretty neat job, Gabe...keep it up!

Guy's got a point. Does anyone know of any other car that has a setup like this?

I'm sure were not the first to do a twin turbo and a supercharger, but there can't be to many out there! Hopefully gabe has a second today to post some more pics of my car cause he has the engine bay looking absolutely gorgeous. Gabe set out to build the most badass solara in the world and he think he might have done it. Those nitto nt-01's don't stand a chance

ZZperformance has twin charged a Cobalt, it produces insane amount of power. and its twin charged because its two different methods of charging "boosting" the car. i guess it could be called triple charging though.

hahahaha nt-01 will have a hard time lol, just my 0.02 but im a bigger toyo fan and i really like the R888! killer tires! what size are you running?

Can I get a peak at how you ran the turbo manifold.. obviously its all custom i just wanna see how you got both turbos to fit on the right side

The front manifold feeds the front turbo the rear manifold feeds the rear turbo.

Theres no MAF right.. with the standalone?

nope no MAF. Vipev v4 standalone.

and twin 16g's I used to have just one on my old eclipse... cant imagine 2 big 16gs on a v6.. whats the compressions ratio again? 9.5? 10 pounds of spooling power.. holy screw lol.

engine is 8.8:1 compression arias pistons. 12.5 psi mp90 blower boost.

hope ya got some nice wideee ass tires.
for now just 225/40/18 nitto road racing tires

one more quick question about the head work...

2mz intake cams and 3mz exhaust cams both have more duration and lift direct bolt on for 1mz heads. 2mz cams are hard as hell to get. 1zz lifters are 10% lighter and they are shimless so you don;t have to worry about the shims popping out at high rpm like what happened to my red knight lara.

Flying out to Maine tomorrow to pick up my Lara from GLP motorsports! I managed to book a last minuit flight from Saskatoon to Boston. I might cry when I get picked up by a triple charged solara at the Boston airport haha. Gabe is getting the final dyno tune done today at Boston dyno so hopefully everything goes good. I guess Thursday morning I'll start the 3500km drive home. 3 day drive I figure. Im really looking forward to my first race with some unsuspecting 50 year old dood driving around with his trophy wife in a vette that he used to think was fast. I won't have much of a chance against alot of cars from a standing start but from a rolling start there won't be a whole lot of cars up here I won't be able to keep up with
