i say 5.5psi. your trans will be able to handle more, its just the engine's side that is the make or break factor.

run with stock first. upgrade fuel delivery, then think about upgrading the pulley.

Did you ever get Jim's fuel kit, with bigger fuel filter and bigger lines to the rails? I'm considering going to 5.5 with just that, along with 100/91 octane mix.

I would also STRONGLY consider the fuel regulator mod. It's free and it made up most of the difference in the imballance of fuel delivery between the front and rear rails. I did that mod first and measured the results. The fuel filter and lines are still a good idea, they correct the volume issue. -JoeB

Scott,

You should be fine with all the mods you have. You have almost the exact same set-up that I have, especially now that you've converted to a manual tranny. I kept getting the CE light for knock sensor #1, although the tuning shop that I've been working with didn't feel like any knock was occurring. I finally came to the conclusion that it was just an overly sensitive knock sensor, and had the knock sensor input to the ECU rewired so that sensor #2 feeds both signals. Voila, no more problems.
