For some reason my car just wont make more than one psi untill about 5800 rpm then it shoots to 7psi . I have just the stock 4lb pully and the car is a 5spd. Any ideas?

Also, check the diaphram in the actuator? (not sure exactly what it's called). It's the plastic external thing with a rod going to it by the throttle body. Before my S/C was installed, I noticed it's bracket was bent and the diaphram inside was ripped, in which case you won't make boost. A check can be done with a vac gage, just remove the vac line.
